In May 2024, Lakeside’s principals acquired 5.49 acres of unimproved land in North Las Vegas, Nevada — approximately seven miles northwest of the Las Vegas Strip. The project consists of the ground-up development of a 14,317 square foot multi-tenant retail center anchored by a Conoco-branded convenience store and gas station with 12 fueling lanes and an interior Sbarro Pizza food counter. The project's additional tenants include a Bojangles, Rally's, Charley's Cheesesteak, and a Black Bear Diner full-service restaurant. Each building is being delivered on a turnkey, build-to-suit basis, to a seasoned national operator with experience across the c-store, truck stop, and QSR sectors. The project also includes 1.25 acres of land held for future sale.
Lakeside’s development team navigated a complex entitlement and permitting process with the City of North Las Vegas, breaking ground in November 2025. The project is on track for completion in October 2026, with several buildings already under contract to be sold.
