VANIA CORONA

Vania began her commercial development journey in 2022 when she joined the Kingsbarn Development Opportunity team as the Development Coordinator. Working under Anthony Hama on multiple ground-up development projects she learned the process from the early stages of acquisition, entitlements & permitting to construction management and final delivery and sale of the project. Vania was promoted to Development Manager in early 2025. Since, her project focuses have lied in the expansion of Bojangles quick service restaurants throughout the Las Vegas and Phoenix areas, along with the acquisition of new properties in the greater Phoenix area for mix-use development.
