JARED WOLFF

Jared Wolff is a real estate finance and capital markets professional with more than a decade of experience structuring, underwriting, and executing complex commercial real estate transactions across development, acquisition, and value add strategies. He has closed more than $500 million of debt, preferred equity, and structured financing across a $2 billion real estate platform at a real estate private equity firm, working directly with institutional lenders, private credit funds, banks, and family offices to capitalize transactions ranging from $5 million to more than $60 million. His experience spans construction financing, bridge lending, permanent debt, preferred equity, C-PACE, and multi tranche capital solutions across retail, multifamily, hospitality, student housing, industrial, and travel center investments.

Prior to that, Jared served as a Partner at Foothill Partners, where he led capital planning, financing execution, and financial modeling across more than $100 million of development assets, and as a founding Partner at AREAS (Advisors Real Estate Asset Services), where he oversaw financial strategy, acquisitions, asset management, and capital planning across a portfolio exceeding two million square feet of commercial real estate for institutional and family office investors. Drawing on this combination of institutional financing expertise and direct ownership experience, he brings a disciplined approach to the development and capitalization of commercial real estate, applying his background in underwriting, transaction execution, and capital markets to structure investments and identify and execute opportunities that create long term value for investors and ownership partners.
