From the first site visit to the final certificate of occupancy, we manage every stage of the process ourselves: as the general partner, the underwriter, and the developer of record. Lakeside offers a fully integrated Build to Suit program for tenants looking to expand their footprint without tying up capital in real estate. We acquire or control the site, manage entitlements and permitting, and deliver a completed building to your specifications and timeline, so you can focus on operating your business rather than running a construction project. We also offer Reverse Build to Suit structures for tenants who have already identified a location and need a development partner to execute. Our relationships with national and regional brands reflect a track record of consistent, on-time, on-budget delivery.

We work directly with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure each project is designed efficiently, built to brand and code specifications, and delivered on schedule.
