Completed in March 2024, Cheyenne Industrial is a 56,500 sq. ft. industrial warehouse and retail showroom located in North Las Vegas, NV.  The building was constructed for Reece Group who is the largest supplier of plumbing materials in Australia.  Reece has undertaken a major expansion into the US markets and serves its customers from 261 locations nationwide.  The property was sold in May 2026 for $17 million.
