BRETT DOMMER

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Brett brings over eight years of experience managing full lifecycle ground-up commercial real estate development projects across the United States. His hands-on development experience spans site selection and entitlements, permitting, construction management, financial modeling, deal structuring, and project financing.

Prior to his current role, Brett held a senior financial and development role at an institutional commercial real estate private equity firm, where he was responsible for development management, financial modeling, and capital formation across the firm's ground-up development portfolio. He has underwritten and structured financing for projects spanning retail, QSR, multifamily, single family, student housing, industrial, c-store, and truck stop product types and has direct experience executing development partnerships with national operators. 

Brett's broader background includes investment banking at Valtus Capital Group, where he sourced institutional debt and equity for national developers and advised on mergers and acquisitions transactions. He began his career at Credit One Bank as a founding member of the corporate development group, focused on M&A strategy and execution for the executive management team.

Brett holds a degree in Finance from Utah State University and is based in Las Vegas, Nevada with his family. Outside of the office, Brett is a high-level triathlete in Ironman-branded races.
