Lakeside acted as the exclusive real estate development partner to the Bojangles franchisee in the Nevada and Arizona markets.  Since 2024, Lakeside has completed the development and construction of 9 ground-up, freestanding Bojangles restaurants.  Lakeside maintains an ownership interest in each of these restaurants.
